Thisconverter/descrambleris necessaryfor normalviewingof the scrambledchannels.For more specificinstructionson installingcable

TV,consultyour cableTV company.One possiblemethodof utilizingthe converter/descramblerprovided by your cable TV companyis

ANTENNAS

Theantennarequirementsfor goodcolortelevisionreceptionare moreimportantthan thosefor black&whitetelevisionreception.For this

Thefollowingis abriefexplanationof the typeof connectionsthatareprovidedwiththe variousantennasystems.

1.A 75-ohmsystem is generallya round cablewith F-type connectorthat can

easilybeattachedto aterminalwithouttools(notsupplied).

2. A3O0-ohmsystem is aflat "twin-lead"cablethat can beattachedto a 75-ohm

terminalthrougha300-75-ohmadapter(notsupplied).
